Poe, As Annotated By Frida Kahlo

There are at least two things special about the edition of “The Works of Edgar Allan Poe” that Leslie Hindman Auctioneers will be selling on August 9^th in Chicago. The first is that it belonged to artist Frida Kahlo. The second is that she annotated it extensively with drawings, collages, and comments.  Hindman estimates that the book will fetch at least $20,000-$30,000.
