When is a library more of a collector’s corner than a library? When most of the books in it were written in the 1600 and 1700’s and printed in the 1800’s. That’s the library in Prince Charles’s house right now and Bonham’s will auction the contents on June 8, 2010, in London.
The Prince of Wales bought the house from the son of a former prime minister just before he married Lady Diana. It came with al library stocked by the home’s original builder, and expanded over the years. Charles has shown more interest in conservation and sustainable farming and has decided to  sell the library contents most likely to bibliophiles instead of farmers.
